Meet the Therapists
Lauren Hybza, LPC, 200 RYT
Founder and Therapist
Lauren opened Inspire Therapy in 2023 and has been a therapist since 2017. She graduated with her Master’s of Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Lauren was inspired to become a therapist by her curiosity about how the mind and body are connected, particularly in relation to our behaviors and relationships. Lauren has therapeutic experience in residential settings working with youth who’ve suffered from trauma and adjudicated youth, as well as, home-based care and private practice.
She specializes in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, self harm, life transitions and interpersonal relationship issues. Lauren uses an eclectic modality to fit the needs of her clients including, but not limited to; cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, Gottman method, person-centered, trauma-informed, relational, mindfulness and family systems approaches. Lauren is also a 200 hour registered yoga teacher (200-RYT) and encourages body movement and breathwork to support overall health and wellbeing.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys embracing a Northern Michigan lifestyle- boating, beaching, and all things lake life! She also can be found keeping up with her two boys, on the yoga mat and spending time with her family!
