Cancellation/No Show Policy

We value your time and commitment to the therapeutic process. In order to maintain a consistent schedule and respect the needs of all clients, the following policy is in place:

  • No-Show Appointments: If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will also be subject to the full session fee.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur. In such cases, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a respectful and reliable therapeutic space.

*Attending your therapy sessions are imperative to receive support and ensure progress. The above policy may be up to therapist discretion dependent on communication from the patient. Your credit card will be charged day of service to the late cancellation/no show.
